Designing for Oxford Street: The Story Behind My Collection✨
Why designing a digital fashion collection isn't easy 😅
Hi Fun Gs,
Welcome to Part 2 of my journey in taking over Oxford Street with digital fashion! 🎉
In this video, I’m diving into the importance of storytelling when creating a concept. For this collection, I chose Yin and Yang as a reflection of my British Chinese identity. Growing up, I often felt like I was balancing between feeling “more British” or “more Chinese.” But over time, I realized—why choose one when I can embrace both?
Here’s a first look at the six designs I created in CLO for my two avatars.

Once textured and rendered, they transformed beautifully! Instead of the traditional black and white of Yin and Yang, I experimented with bold shades of green and purple—what do you think of the colour shift?
But something was missing… movement.
In Part 3, I’ll be showing how we bring these designs to life using motion capture with Move AI and UKCPA. You won’t want to miss it!
Catch Part 2 now & let me know what you think of the designs!
💫 Public tickets drop TOMORROW! If you're in London, come celebrate the launch night with me—tickets are free, so grab yours before they’re gone. Stay tuned on my socials for the release!
